Exquisite Scrolls: Collaborative Drawings for Pacific Northwest College of Art

We are excited to participate in Exquisite Scrolls: Collaborative Drawings for PNCA, on view May 5-29 at multiple galleries throughout Portland, including Froelick, Augen Gallery, Blue Sky Gallery, Elizabeth Leach Gallery, Russo Lee Gallery, and UPFOR Gallery.

An online auction of these collaborative works will be held from May 18-29, benefitting equity & leadership scholarships at Pacific Northwest College of Art. Further information about the project and auction can be found here. 

Charles Froelick writes: “Froelick Gallery artists and staff embraced the opportunity to collaborate in support of BIPOC scholarships at our great art college; Pacific Northwest College of Art. We chose “Table” as our theme because it’s where we gather, and in 2020, most of us missed that. The suggestion of a shared surface was the consistent element but of course everyone had the freedom to chose what they laid bare. Our connections to PNCA inspired our creative contributions and we hope they inspire you in turn.”
