"The base paper is Washi, palm-sized and made by me using the primitive “tame-zuki” method.
The traditional pigments used in Japanese painting are fixed to the uneven paper with nikawa.
In addition, the lines are made by twisting colored washi and sewing it in,
or tying it together, giving the work a more original texture and color.
The way the work is made is itself the theme of the work."
