Dulce Montalvo-Hilts

Dulce Montalvo (she/her) is a Mexican American self-taught artist and curator. She graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City in 2016, where she first began independent curating and working with both visual and performance-based artists. She is passionate about growing a community of contemporary Latino, Indigenous, and other artists of color to culturally influence and engage with a broader audience. Dulce Montalvo is currently the Assistant Director of Froelick Gallery and since joining the team, has led the additions of Latino artists, Andrew Alba and Orlando Almanza.
