This book will be available in June 2024. It accompanies the solo exhibition of Takahiko Hayashi's recent artwork at Froelick Gallery, Portland, OR. The publication includes color illustrations of 21 new paintings on paper and editioned prints, a statement by Hayashi-san in English and Japanese, his abridged resume; the paper-back book is 24 pages with front and back covers. The publication was made possible by a grant from the Japan Artists Association and support from Froelick Gallery. Hayashi-san received a BFA in 1985 from the Musashino Art University, and an MFA in 1987 from Tokyo National University of Arts, Japan.and subject of over 100 solo exhibitions around the world.
