Tom Prochaska (born 1945) is an American painter and printmaker from Portland, Oregon who is well-known for his open-ended narrative themes and provocative subject matter. His diverse body of work often merges dreamlike memories with a dark sense of humor. Originally trained as a printmaker, over the past two decades Prochaska has embraced the mediums of printmaking, drawing, painting, and sculpture in papier-mache and glass.
