The Multnomah County Library Central Branch location hosts the art exhibition Memories of Summer. This exhibit tells the story of three Latin American artists: Orlando Almanza from Cuba (now Portland, OR), Guisy Tello from Guatemala, and Erick I. Rodriguez from Venezuela. The artists explore memory, belonging, and identity through reflections on their childhood homes and will revisit moments that shaped who they are today in painting and photography. Almanza includes paintings, drawings and a large print in the show.
