Rebecca Boraz: Holding Space

4 March - 12 April 2025

Holding Space is the debut exhibition by Rebecca Boraz, a printmaker and ceramicist. The title carries a double meaning—one rooted in psychological presence, the other in physical form. It refers both to the act of being fully present with another, offering a non-judgmental, safe space where someone can feel seen, heard, and understood. It also speaks to the construction of forms using shape, line, and contrast, which occupy and define space.

This collection explores the intersection of vulnerability and intimacy through print and porcelain. Each piece reflects the delicate balance between coexistence and the quiet power of being held. The work invites the viewer to reflect on the experience of connection, offering moments of contemplation where form and space speak to the dynamics of being together.
