Rick Bartow often embellished his coats and hats with charms, beads, feathers, shells and special buttons, and he wore them with such great style and ease! This is a vintage black felt Dunlop of NYC bowler/derby hat. Bartow sewed the adornments to the hat and made a small dog-like fetish figure for the top.
