Framed with dark zebra wood moulding, rag window mat, and conservation glass. Bartow's life-long college friend Ted told Charles F this story: Rick had found an old wooden row boat, and painted it up beautufilly! Ted said that it was really something to see. They carried the boat to the old dock across from Rick's house on Idaho Point, and Rick called the dock the Yaquina Bay Yaght Club. They lowered the boat into the water, Rick encouraged Ted to get in first, which he did, and the boat quickly filled with water! Ted jumped back onto the dock and they watched the boat sink to the bottom.
