orange square with white lines/shapes outlining dome of a swest lodge. Bartow made this after visiting Arizona and New Mexico for exhibitions of his work. He experienced fantastic Summer sunami's, southwest rain clouds, and after returning home he made a series of works inspired by rain clouds and pueblo architecture, as well as Kivas and sweat lodges, clam shovels and boat shapes which he noted to have visual similarities . Bartow sited references to Charles Froelick.
