ROBERT YODER - In his newest offering of mixed media collage, A Machine for Living
Yoder celebrates the idea of conflicting views and ambiguous space, especially as it relates to the two dimensional depictions of an (imaginary) three dimensional space. Using Le Corbusier’s masterpiece, Villa Savoye in Poissy, France as a starting point, he raises questions about perception, the view and the viewer.
CLAUDIO TSCHOPP - Through gentle abstraction, bold color and manipulated scale, Claudio Tschopp explores how the landscape has become defined by man. As a native born Swiss artist, Tschopp delves deep into the meaning behind Oregon’s opulent, golden-green vistas.
